It all started in September 2018 with her daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner. Instead of buying cheesecakes, Linda decided to make them herself. Family told her she should sell them, and by Thanksgiving she was taking orders. Today, every cheesecake is handmade in a local- and state-inspected kitchen, and you'll find them at local markets, craft fairs, restaurants, and stores across the area.

I bought a mini Gooey Butter Cheesecake and Samoa mini cheesecake at the NPHS Spring craft fair and have been craving the gooey butter cheesecake ever since! They were both good, but the gooey butter cheesecake was over the top amazing. Linda used the word addicting to describe it today when I called to place an order for Easter. I agree addicting is a very good description for her cheesecakes! She has wide variety of flavors to choose from. I cannot wait to try the hot fudge brownie cheesecake I order for Easter and the mini banana cream cheesecake but I have a feeling the gooey butter will always be my favorite! I 100% recommend Linda's Specialty Cheesecakes for her amazing flavor and service.

Stopped by their booth today at the Pop up Market in O'Fallon got a 6 pack of the mini ones different flavors. Not tried them yet but bought the chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake and it is amazingly delicious 10/10.
